Päivi works as a patent attorney on the chemistry team. She joined Laine IP in 2015 subsequent to working as patent attorney at Oy Jalo Ant-Wuorinen Ab since 2004. Before that, Päivi worked as a patent engineer in industry for several years, taking also part in the company’s product development activities. She is experienced in chemical processes but has also prosecuted patents for mechanical inventions.
Päivi is specialized in database searches and various IPR surveys.
Päivi holds a MSc (Chemical Engineering) degree specializing in plant design and polymer technology.
