Mona joined Laine in March 2020. She works as patent assistant on the ICT & mechanics team. Her responsibilities include assisting in patent prosecution, customer communication and invoicing.
Before Laine IP, Mona worked for 1o years in the mobile phone industry in product research and development department managing prototype device process globally. She has also worked in global technology companies in customer service and logistics.
Mona holds a Master of Applied Sciences degree, majoring in Service Design and Innovation.
